Limited W2 -- Live In One State / Work In Another

In short, if you are a limited W2 for LEVERAGEncy and live in one state and work in another we withhold taxes in the state you worked AND potentially the state you live. These states don't require witholdings on income earned from services done for LEVERAGEncy:

    Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming. In addition Tennessee and New Hampshire tax only interest and dividends.

Given this, on your personal return at year end, you can file a state return in the state you live and the state you worked ... getting credits as appropriate between the two so you are not double taxed.
